1. Event Management
User can browse and respond to all events
A. Selection of site: By country, region, site type/group, and site name.
B. Status of the event: Lists all the events by pending on action, responded, cases closed, returned and all.
C. Export through Excel: Export the tabulation format of events as Excel file.
D. Batch closing: After selecting the cases to closed, click the “Close” button directly to end the cases in batches.
E. Sources of event generation: The sources of events may be “on-site inspection”.
Click an event to go to the event process page.
A. Information on the event and process history: Displays the site where the event occurred, the creator of event and the time of creation. The event processing history is shown at the bottom.
B. Response to the event: Different event processing buttons are displayed according to the different jobs of the users.
C. Comment on responses to events: Fill in the information on responding to the event, and also add a snapshot to the event.
