Device Management

On this page, the list of devices currently established under the company is displayed, including sensors and gateways. This allows users to have an overview of the device status when accessing this page. Users can filter devices based on region and site for quicker access to the desired devices. Devices are categorized into sensors and gateways. Within each category, users can quickly classify devices as all, working, not working, or service exception..

Users can further inspect the basic information of a device through the view button.

On this page, users can access the basic information, signal strength, battery level, and abnormal alert records for the device. Abnormal alert records can be viewed for up to 31 days.

Device Anomaly Notify

On this page, the currently established reporting targets are displayed, allowing configuration based on roles or departments for sending alerts when devices have low battery levels.

Follow the steps below for device abnormal notification setting:

Step1.Click on "Add Notify Group." Step2.Select the minimum battery level threshold. Step3.Choose the postition and departments for sending alert messages. Step4.Click the "Icon" button. Step5.Press the "Confirm" button to confirm. Upon returning, you can see the previous setting.
