2.6 Report Management

2.6.1 Operational Parameter Report

It allows historical data queries at different granularities for single or multiple parameters of one or multiple nodes in the HVAC asset topology, and supports exporting query results to Excel and saving favorite query parameters.

  • Supports displaying parameters from different nodes in a single report.
  • Supports querying of edge-uploaded parameters (points in the EdgeInput component of APM), statistical data (UsageAnalysis component in APM), average data (ANOM mean analysis component in APM), customer-defined data (CustomMeasure custom metrics component in APM), equipment status data (DeviceStatusMeasure device status component in APM), and script data (ScriptMeasure script component in APM), where the displayed components depend on the actual configuration of user-queried nodes.
  • Supports data statistics by monthly, daily, hourly, minute-level and raw (i.e., the upload frequency from edge devices; this granularity only applies to edge-uploaded parameters) granularities.

Key Notes:

  1. Supported query periods for each data granularity:

Monthly – One data entry per month, default query shows the most recent 12 months' data, with a maximum query range of 3 years.

Daily - One data entry per day, default query shows the most recent month's data, with a maximum query range of 24 months.

Hourly - One data entry every 1/2/4 hours, default query shows today's data by 1 hour/record, with a maximum query range of 31 days.

Minute - One data entry every 1/2/4/5/10/15 minutes, default query shows the most recent 24 hours' data by 5 minutes/record, with a maximum query range of 7 days.

Raw – Displays data at edge device upload frequency, allowing unlimited query time range, with a maximum of 10,000 data entries.

Note: The operational parameter report does not support querying data across different time zones simultaneously!!

  2. When query parameters include non-edge-input parameters, only raw granularity queries are supported.

  3. For raw granularity queries, no value type selection is available; for other interval queries, four value types (maximum/minimum/average/last) can be selected.

  4. Supports favorites functionality: Selected parameters can be saved for quick access in subsequent queries via the favorite folder.

2.6.2 Energy Efficiency Report

The annual energy efficiency report of the energy station supports displaying the station's power consumption, system load (i.e., cooling/heating demand), and efficiency value (i.e., energy efficiency ratio) by hourly, daily, and monthly granularity.

The energy efficiency can be calculated in two ways: kilowatts per refrigeration ton (kW/RT) and Coefficient of Performance (COP) (kW/kW).

Supports exporting to Excel format.

Key Notes:

Supported query periods for each data granularity:

Monthly – One data entry per month, default query shows the most recent 12 months' data, supporting cross-year queries.

Daily - One data entry per day, default query shows the most recent 31 days' data, supporting cross-month queries.

Hourly - One data entry per hour, default query shows the most recent 31 days' data, supporting cross-month queries.
