What is a Serial Number

A serial number is a 16-character code consisting of digits and letters used to top up services on iService.

When you store a license, the iService website will allocate the information to the corresponding service based on the source of the serial number. Each serial number contains a specific number of service days, which are used to activate the corresponding services.

Serial numbers come in two types: formal and trial. If you're interested in experiencing iService's services, you can contact us through the provided means in the following instructions to obtain the appropriate service serial number.

How to Obtain a Serial Number

There are two ways to obtain a serial number. You can choose the method that suits your company's situation:

1.Marketplace Members If you are a member of the Marketplace, you can access the Marketplace website and navigate to the "Solutions" or "Products" category to find "Smart City Services and Intelligent Retail". Here, you can browse through all the products and services offered by iService. You can directly view pricing information and make purchases on the product introduction page. Once you have completed the purchase of the formal serial number, Marketplace will send you an email containing the serial number information. If you require a trial serial number, you can click on "Free Trial" on the product introduction page, fill out the relevant form, and obtain trial serial number information.

You can also directly contact your Advantech sales representative or send an email to AICS.contact@advantech.com to obtain the necessary service trial.

This will enable you to access the trial version of our product and experience its features before making a purchase decision.

2.First-time Purchase of Advantech Products or Non-Marketplace Members If you are purchasing Advantech products for the first time or if you are not a Marketplace member, you can get in touch with us through Advantech's online customer service or by sending an email to AICS.contact@advantech.com.
