Clear requested telemetry settings
POST/api/v1/devices/{deviceId}/telemetry-configs:reset
Clear the device's requested telemetry settings. A 202 response confirms that the clear request was sent. The device firmware determines whether factory defaults are restored. After the reset, GET telemetry-configs returns the device-reported settings.
Applies to WEDA Node and SubNode. A Custom Device returns 404. Requires the admin role and a WEDA Node that has finished onboarding (otherwise 403), and the device agent must provide a capability model (otherwise 422).

Reset request accepted and clear sent to device
The caller's resource_access claim could not be parsed, or the shadow refused to clear the configuration
Authentication is required
The caller is not an admin of the organization owning this device, or the device has not finished onboarding
Device not found, or outside the organizations the caller can access
The target device's agent provides no capability model, so this operation cannot be served
The device's capability report could not be read. Transient and not a statement about the device; retry.
