Management.png The system administration functionality mainly consists of seven features: User Management, Client Management, Relay Server Management, System Setup, Playback Statistics, Touch Statistics Data, and Logout. Here is a brief description of each feature:

  1. User Management: This feature allows administrators to add, delete, modify user permissions, and manage user accounts. User management enables administrators to differentiate and manage users with different permissions to ensure security.
  2. Client Management: Through this feature, administrators can manage various settings related to the players, such as network configuration, version control, and upgrade management. It also provides real-time monitoring of player status, allowing administrators to quickly address any issues.
  3. Relay Server Management: The relay server is a crucial component in the system, used for managing the configuration and distribution of a large number of players. This feature enables administrators to monitor the operation status, configuration, and upgrade management of relay servers.
  4. System Setup: This feature allows administrators to configure the entire system, including dispatch scheduling, program management, and styling settings. Additionally, administrators can perform operations such as system backup and restoration within this feature.
  5. Playback Statistics: This feature provides administrators with statistics and analysis of player playback records, including program playtime, playback frequency, and viewer ratings. It helps administrators understand audience viewing habits to further optimize content and program scheduling.
  6. Touch Statistics Data: This feature allows administrators to analyze data related to touch screen interaction, such as touch trigger rates, trigger times, and the number of touches. By analyzing touch statistics, administrators can adjust the content and interaction methods on touch screens to enhance audience engagement.
  7. Logout: When administrators have completed their tasks, they can securely log out of the system using this feature to ensure data security. Additionally, administrators can switch between different accounts within this feature for managing multiple accounts.
