How to use scheduling to turn the screen on, off, and restart

This feature is primarily used to control the screen power (on/off) and reboot the player. It is especially useful for players placed in locations that are difficult to access, or for situations where regular reboots are scheduled to fully release Android software resources and ensure stable playback.

Here are the setup steps:

  1. Go to the settings page and select "Player."
  2. Check the players you want to schedule for reboot, or check the box at the top to select all players.
  3. Click the "Batch Settings" button, then choose "Settings." 投影片4.PNG

After entering the settings page, you can choose to turn the screen on/off or restart the device according to the desired function. Below is a detailed explanation of each feature:

Turning the Screen On and Off:

This feature only toggles the HDMI signal from the player, causing the screen to enter standby mode when no signal is received. Please use the screen on/off functions together as follows:

  1. Enable the "Turn on screen" option to open the subsequent settings menu.
  2. Choose whether the player should restart daily or on specific weekdays.
  3. Select the desired restart time. Ensure that the player is powered on at the restart time to prevent the function from failing.
  4. Enable the "Turn off screen" option and follow steps 2-4 in the subsequent settings menu.
  5. After completing the settings, press the "Save" button to apply and save the changes. 投影片5.PNG

  3. Select the desired restart time. Ensure that the player is powered on at the restart time to prevent the function from failing.
